In addition to the General Meeting of the Association, the conference focused on three key areas: First insights from our internal global survey, New Trends in Executive Search, featuring perspectives from over 140 senior consultants across 43 countries and an overview of the implementation of the Kestria 2025 Strategic Plan, including a review of progress and the next steps towards achieving our ambitious goals.
The third key area of the conference was the opportunity for interactive discussions with fellow Kestria consultants. The interactive break-out groups focused on the following topics:
